Embrace the wind, find texture in the trees, feel the grass and it’s dew drops on our bare feet, as we spiral, twist and turn with the nature and birdsong of Chesham village. A chance to let go of ourselves and become present just for this moment with our natural environment, a mindful meditative guided improvisational dance for the pleasure and enjoyment of it all.

Do you want to be more active? But feel conventional dance classes are not for you…
In this class we dance for joy and harmonise body and mind for balance and well-being. Led and guided by Katie Keeble in a safe, relaxed and welcoming space. Finding the ways we feel good to create ease and comfort in our body to uplifting and inspirational sounds and music.
Come to energise, focus and clarify your body, mind and soul, enjoy the music, feel the beat and stamp your feet!!
“I feel like the tension in my body releases, it’s a playful atmosphere and lots of fun to do with other people. The class is very accessible for people who feel that they can’t go to a standard exercise class – and it’s way more fun than a standard exercise class!” Sarah, Mindful Moving
We move both seated on chairs and standing in a circle.
Wear loose clothing and comfortable shoes or bare feet. Bring a water bottle.
